We’re not vendors, and you’re not our client. If we’re doing this thing, we’re going to be friends by the end of it… and, hopefully, far past it! That being said, our relationships with our couples are everything to us. As friends, we want to be there for you. Whether that be location scouting, hooking you up with our favorite vendors, FaceTime check-ins, meeting up for a cocktail, or anything else… we’re here for you!
Your photos & video matter to you. Documenting the full story matters to you. Grandma squeezing you tight, mom wiping a tear during vows, the birds flying over-head, the high-tide rolling in, the laughter as you get ready with your girls. Storytelling is what we're all about!
You're a real-life couple who's totally in love. We don't care about your age, your skin color, who you love, or what size dress you wear! If you're geeked to work with us, we're geeked to work with YOU!
You care about having FUN on your wedding day! You plan to prioritize each other & laugh A LOT. Weddings are a huge investment - let's enjoy it!!! We love to capture that genuine celebration (and join in on it)!!
We're a good fit if...
On weddings where we're not hired for both photo & video, we LOVE our creative friends! Have a different favorite photographer you've always wanted to work with?! PLEASE book them! We view the day as a collaboration, and love making new friends in this awesome industry. We also have all the respect in the world for planners, florists, etc! Our mindset is: we're a team & we're all there to serve our couple as best as we can!
We offer photography AND videography, both separately OR together. If you book us for both, Katie is the lead photographer and Zach is the lead videographer. You can opt to add-on second/assistant shooters for us if you'd like... we highly recommend this option if your guest count is over 80 people! We offer many discounts for couples that book us for both photo & video, the biggest being $1,000 off.
III. How does the photo AND video process work?
Though our home-base is Michigan, we are available for worldwide travel. In fact, a majority of our weddings are out-of-state & a few each year are out of the country! Travel within 50miles of Holland, MI is included/free/complimentary. Anything outside of 50miles will be added onto your final invoice. This could include gas money ($0.50 per mile), flights, hotel/airbnb, rental car/transportation, etc. View our travel schedule to link up with us & minimize fees!

Our wedding videography package starts at $6,800. This number can grow depending on where the wedding is & what extras you add-on. Our wedding photography package starts at $5,500. This number can grow depending on where the wedding is & what extras you add-on. That being said, if you book us for BOTH photo & video, you'll get $1,000 off ($11,300). We feel very confident in what we can provide our couples from product to experience!

IV. Can I customize my pkg?
You absolutely can customize your packages! Our pricing system is "a la carte". This means, you'll start with a solid base package and pick and choose specialty items from there. We've found that this allows our couples to really create & receive EXACTLY what they're looking for. Specialty items could include a Ceremony Edit, a Toasts Edit, more day-of coverage, an Adventure Session, a Sneak Peek/Teaser Film, etc.
VI. Song selection process:
"Good music" is subjective, making the song selection process crucial! Because we know that all of our couples are unique and vibe with different things, we make sure that this portion of the planning is collaborative. Though we will have final say when it comes to the music, we'll send you a questionnaire with detailed questions about your preferences! We'll ask you your favorite genres, artists, songs, etc... the more specific you are with your answers. the easier it will be for us to match your style.

VII. How much is the retainer?
The retainer is a flat $3,000 (and taken out of your overall fee). This payment is non-refundable, but it is transferable (if need be). Your date is not legally secure until your retainer is paid and the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your big day (unless we've set up a payment plan)! We are pretty flexible when it comes to how many payments you'd like to make! Just communicate this with us at the time of booking :)
VIII. Do you back up our footage?
Heck yeah, we do! We make it a priority to save your footage/photos on MULTIPLE hard drives the minute we get home from your wedding! Legally, we will keep your footage/photos safe & secure from the day we finish filming, until 3 months after we deliver your digital products. We can not guarantee anything after 3 months post delivery. This being said, make sure you save your video/photos in multiple places to ensure they are viewable FOREVER!
IX. How many weddings do you shoot per year?
After years and years (& years!!) of doing this, we've found that booking less weddings allows us to serve each of our couples SO MUCH more! Instead of over-booking ourselves, and becoming burnt out; we've stayed present, driven, and creatively sound. This all being said, our happy spot is around 18 weddings per year. You can feel certain, when booking with us, that your wedding is a priority and we are SO excited to be working with you!
